With the Process Communication Model (PCM), after an online test and a personal interview, KICK OFF coaches create an analysis of the communication, leadership and conflict behavior as well as the relationship and stress pattern. The analysis is interpreted together and can be a useful addition during a coaching process, leadership development, team development or in the context of Assessment & Development Centers.
