To develop teams purposefully
Good cooperation in the team is no coincidence, but can develop - often through impulses from the outside. In team coaching, for example, a KICK OFF coach creates a process to develop a team further. This may be necessary because teams or tasks change, but also simply to analyze old patterns more accurately and develop potential.
Team coaching uses techniques such as value work or feedback loops that make the team's dynamics visible. But cultural analysis can also be helpful when it comes to working in the leadership, conflict, consequence, communication or decision-making culture.
