Developed by top psychologists from the University of Columbia and London, based on studies of what makes people successful in their jobs, WingFinder identifies each person's intrinsic and learned strengths and helps them get the most out of them.
It shows, for example, which skills and abilities should be learned in order to efficiently use one's own talents - with a validity of 80 percent. In addition, the WingFinder test compares its own results with all other tests performed so far, analyzing the person's capacity and success orientation.
