Potential Audit

To explore your own potential

Exploring one's own potential and receiving unbiased feedback on a specific topic such as leadership behavior or communication behavior are at the heart of the potential audit. Two interviewees conduct a one-and-a-half-hour in-depth interview, and a third person is present as an observer. In addition to the immediate feedback from the interviewer and the observer - also referred to as the Reflecting Team - the result is a comprehensive written strength-limit profile relating to the question. A potential audit in the areas of recruiting, assessment & development, executive development or outplacement is helpful.
